Richard Lachance is a professional Auctioneer.

He is a member of the Maine Auctioneers Association, a past president and treasurer and currently serves on the Board of Directors.

He is Also a member of the National Auctioneers Association and has taken Course 1 & 2 of the Certified Auctioneers Institute.

Mr. Lachance has completed the National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) course which is recognized by Internal Revenue Service, Bankruptcy Appraisals, Insurance Appraisals, Divorce Appraisals, and Casualty Loss Appraisals.

He is a graduate of Missouri Auction School and has been a licensed and bonded auctioneer since 1989.

He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker whose career began in 1971. This Has given him additional insight for real estate auctions. He is presently the Northeast Region Auction Marketing Specialist with J. P. King, the premier auction marketing firm (www.jpking.com).
